Established in 2020, Silversmith Homes’ roots run deeper than its infancy would demonstrate. The highly motivated team have delivered many projects over the last 30 years for clients of a mixed variety including residential, commercial and refurbishment from the ground up to practical completion. We also provide construction resources to bank funders via our sister company Henderson and Partners Ltd enabling recovery of several distressed building projects to date. 

The naming of the company Silversmith derives from our Managing Director Matt Henderson’s Great Grandfather, Harry Butterworth. He was a successful Silversmith hailing from Kent, a true craftsman who always ensured that everything he created was done with pride and excellence. We are proud of his part and honour his work ethic resonating through everything we do should it be a one-bedroom first home, an executive five-bedroom house, commercial premises or office block the finish will always be of the highest quality.
